Rates are flat per order, not per plant. Heavy mature plants (Size 2+) may include a small handling surcharge — shown at checkout.
How an order travels

Order placed
You get an instant email confirmation. Plants are pulled the next morning at the farm.

Hand-prepped
Each plant is inspected, watered, leaves trimmed, and wrapped in shock-absorbing kraft sleeves.

On the road
A tracking link is sent. Lagos orders move with our own van; out-of-state orders go via GIG / Kwik.

At your door
Unwrap, place in bright indirect light, and wait a week before watering. We follow up after 14 days.
Returns, refunds & guarantees
30-day growth guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or fails to thrive within 30 days of delivery, send a photo to info@aloewrld.com and we'll replace it free, or refund in full.
Wrong item or missing parts. Reply to your delivery confirmation within 7 days; we'll dispatch the missing item by the next business day.
Care kits & tools. Unopened items can be returned within 14 days for a refund minus return shipping. Plants themselves are not returnable for change-of-mind reasons — they're living things.
