It began with
a fever.
My cousin came down with acute malaria, and he wanted something organic to help him through it. So he started experimenting with the one plant people kept telling him about: aloe vera.
What started as a remedy turned into real curiosity. Why did some aloes grow thick and full of gel while others stayed thin? Where did the good ones come from? He wanted answers, so he started collecting.
He collected aloe from everywhere.
Gardens, homes and markets, in different towns and cities. Any aloe he could find came home with him and went into the ground.
Then he watched them grow.
For years, the same questions: which one grows fastest, which leaves grow thickest, which plants handle the Lagos heat and rain best.

One species came out ahead every season: the true aloe vera. It's the only species we grow today, and every plant and leaf we sell is Aloe barbadensis Miller.

We don't buy soil and we don't buy plants in. We water with borehole water, plant in well-draining soil, and feed with compost we make ourselves. Our smallest plants are over 28 months old by the time they're ready to sell.
Not every leaf

Our mature plants also give us thick leaves full of gel, and they're now our best-selling product. We've sold over 10,000 aloe vera leaves to salons, soap and cream makers, and kitchens. Every leaf is cut to order, and you can buy one leaf, a bundle, or bulk by the kilo.
We also sell the farm tools we use ourselves.
You can't rush an aloe. You can only be there while it takes its time.

Dispatch bike
The faster, cheaper option. To travel safely by bike, plants are uprooted and wrapped, so you replant them in a pot when they arrive. Aloe handles this well.
Car delivery
It costs more, but your plant arrives potted and ready to display. This is the best choice for larger plants and gifts.
Fresh leaves are cut to order and sent out the same way.

Do you sell fresh aloe vera leaves?
Yes, and they're our most popular product. Leaves are cut to order, in small, medium or large, sold singly, in bundles, or in bulk by the kilo for salons, soap and cream makers.
How long does delivery take?
About one day within Lagos and about three working days to other states. So far we've delivered to 12 of Nigeria's 36 states.
Which aloe vera species do you grow?
Only Aloe barbadensis Miller, the true aloe vera. We chose it after years of growing aloes collected from different gardens and cities.
How old are your plants?
Our smallest plants are over 28 months old. They're grown by hand with borehole water, well-draining soil and our own compost.
Is delivery free?
No. Delivery is charged by location and method. Bike delivery is cheaper and plants travel uprooted; car delivery costs more and plants arrive potted.
